A welcoming and supportive Primary School in Woking is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis from September 2026.

\n

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and nurturing school environment. The successful candidate will teach within either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 and play a key role in inspiring pupils and fostering a positive love of learning.

The Role:

  • Full-time, permanent Class Teacher position
  • \n
  • Teaching within either KS1 or KS2
  • \n
  • Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • \n
  • Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment
  • \n
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
  • \n
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school
  • \n

Essential Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • \n
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • \n
  • Strong IT skills across a range of platforms and software
  • \n
  • Good understanding of the relevant Key Stage curriculum and national strategies
  • \n
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with parents, governors, and the wider community
  • \n
  • Ability to commute to Woking
  • \n
\n

Desirable:

    \n
  • Experience teaching within KS1/KS2
  • \n
  • Previous Phase Lead experience
  • \n
\n
