Our client is a well-established and financially secure Main Contractor delivering refurbishment projects across Central London.

Working across commercial refurbishment and internal fit out, projects typically range up to £5 million in value.

This is a hybrid role combining:

• Stratford office

• Home working

• Regular site visits across Central London
\n

You'll take responsibility for managing refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

\n
• Managing refurbishment projects up to £5m
\n
• Producing and managing project programmes
\n
• Coordinating subcontractors
\n
• Managing project delivery, quality and programme
\n
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings
\n
• Building strong client and subcontractor relationships
\n
• Resolving on-site issues
\n
• Working closely with Contracts Managers and senior leadership
\n
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
\n

We're looking for someone who has:

• Around 10-25 years' construction industry experience
\n
• Experience working for a Main Contractor
\n
• Strong refurbishment project experience
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
\n
• Confidence managing subcontractors and site teams
\n
• A construction-related qualification (preferred)
\n

This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved in every stage of project delivery rather than being office-based five days a week.
