We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community in Hailsham.

This is a flexible opportunity suitable for candidates looking for full-time or part-time work, with the chance to support students across all year groups.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning in the classroom, provide 1:1 support for students who need additional guidance, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role may involve assisting pupils with varying learning needs, helping with classroom activities, and encouraging students to build confidence and independence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting teaching and learning across different year groups

We are looking for someone who:

Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential; training and support can be provided.
