\nWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community in Hailsham.

\nAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning in the classroom, provide 1:1 support for students who need additional guidance, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role may involve assisting pupils with varying learning needs, helping with classroom activities, and encouraging students to build confidence and independence.

Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential; training and support can be provided.
