Role: Business Analyst (eDV Cleared)

Location: Cheltenham - hybrid - 1 day on site

Salary: £70-85k/annum + clearance bonus + benefits

Type of role: Full time - Permanent

Clarance level: eDV active mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate business problems and shape solution approaches
\n
• Engage stakeholders and translate user needs into clear user stories
\n
• Support delivery teams with prioritisation, MVP definition and scope management
\n
• Contribute to backlog creation alongside Product Owner
\n
• Support testing to ensure solutions meet user and business needs
\n

Skills & Experience:

\n
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
\n
• Proven stakeholder management and customer-facing delivery
\n
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements
\n
• Background working within cross-functional teams
\n
• Understanding of government transformation strategy and service standards
\n
• (Desirable) API and data mapping experience
