Commercial Project Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects from pre-start through to completion.

Duties:

\n
• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from inception through to completion.
\n
• Coordinate subcontractors and procure materials.
\n
• Carry out regular site visits and attend progress meetings.
\n
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and documentation.
\n
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance throughout.
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
\n

You'll have:

\n
• Previous Project Management experience delivering commercial construction projects.
\n
• A trade background, ideally Carpentry or Joinery.
\n
• Strong commercial awareness.
\n
• SMSTS qualification.
\n
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
\n
