We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared PMO Planner to support a high-profile programme within a secure, customer-facing environment.

The Role

You will develop and maintain integrated, assurance-ready schedules across multiple workstreams, working closely with Programme and Project Managers to provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain integrated programme schedules (MS Project or equivalent)
\n
• Manage baseline plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
\n
• Track progress, highlighting variance and emerging risks
\n
• Support reporting, governance, and planning assurance activities
\n
• Provide insight and constructive challenge to stakeholders
\n

About You

\n
• Proven experience in PMO planning / project scheduling within complex environments
\n
• Strong understanding of programme lifecycle and integrated planning
\n
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and governance
\n
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
\n
