PIM Data StewardGlobal Consumer Products OrganisationFully Remote (UK)12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Potential Extension) Morris Sinclair is partnering with a global consumer products organisation to recruit an experienced PIM Data Steward to support the ongoing management, governance and optimisation of product information across international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Product Information Management (PIM) experience who enjoys improving data quality, supporting product launches and working with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, consistent product information is available across multiple digital channels.The Role As a PIM Data Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality product data throughout its lifecycle, ensuring product information is accurate, complete and ready for syndication across multiple sales and digital platforms. Working closely with commercial, product, marketing and technical teams, you will help support ongoing PIM implementation activities, data governance initiatives and continuous process improvements.Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain and enrich product information within the organisation's Product Information Management (PIM) platform.
\n
• Ensure product data is accurate, complete and compliant with internal data governance standards.
\n
• Support product launches by coordinating the creation, validation and maintenance of product records.
\n
• Work with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather, validate and update product information.
\n
• Prepare and manage product data for syndication across digital, retail and eCommerce channels.
\n
• Support ongoing PIM implementation activities, including data migration, cleansing and validation.
\n
• Identify data quality issues and work proactively to resolve discrepancies.
\n
• Produce reports on data quality, completeness and outstanding actions.
\n
• Assist in developing and improving product data processes, documentation and best practice.
\n
• Provide support and guidance to internal users on product information and PIM processes.
\n

Skills & Experience\n

\n
• Previous experience in a Product Information Management (PIM), Product Data or Master Data role.
\n
• Hands-on experience working with inRiver PIM.
\n
• Experience supporting or participating in PIM implementation projects.
\n
• Experience managing product data syndication across multiple digital or retail channels.
\n
• Strong understanding of product data governance and data quality principles.
\n
• Experience working with large product catalogues and structured datasets.
\n
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and manipulation.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with high volumes of data.
\n
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Experience with ERP systems or other enterprise data platforms would be advantageous.
\n
• Previous experience within consumer products, retail, manufacturing or FMCG environments would be beneficial.
\n
