The Role

As a Science Teacher, you will:

    Teach Science across KS3 and KS4.

  • \n
  • \n

    Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs.

  • \n
  • \n

    Foster positive relationships that promote confidence, resilience and academic progress.

  • \n
  • \n

    Monitor student attainment and implement targeted interventions.

  • \n
  • \n

    Work closely with pastoral teams and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for every learner.

  • \n
  • \n

    Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

  • \n

The Ideal Candidate

\n

The successful Science Teacher will have:

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

  • \n
  • \n

    Experience teaching Science within a secondary school.

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong behaviour management skills and a good understanding of inclusive teaching practices.

  • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • \n
  • \n

    A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.

  • \n
