\nWe are looking for caring, resilient, and proactive individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in complex needs schools from September.
The Role\n\nAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting pupils with a range of needs, including:

- Autism (ASC) \n
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) \n
- Non-verbal and verbal communication needs \n
- Complex and additional learning needs \n
Your responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Building trusting relationships and strong rapport with pupils \n
- Supporting pupils’ learning, development, and daily activities \n
- Working under the direction of the class teacher \n
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils \n
- Adapting your approach to meet individual needs and behaviours \n
- \n
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available \n

- Consistent placements or ad hoc work available \n
- You must be available to work full days (08:30 – 15:30) on the days you choose to work \n
