Air Conditioning Engineer - Facilities Management
\nWe're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing facilities management company for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their engineering team covering London.

\nThe Role
\nWorking across a varied portfolio of commercial properties, you'll be responsible for carrying out air conditioning installations, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, fault finding and reactive repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems.
\nThis is a field-based role where you'll work independently while being supported by an experienced engineering team, delivering a consistently high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Carry out the installation of air conditioning systems. \n
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits. \n
- Service and maintain a wide range of air conditioning equipment. \n
- Diagnose faults and carry out reactive repairs. \n
- Commission new installations where required. \n
- Complete all job reports accurately using a PDA/mobile device. \n
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with current Health & Safety legislation and industry regulations. \n
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times. \n
Essential
\n- \n
- Previous experience carrying out air conditioning installations, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing and reactive repairs. \n
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. \n
- F-Gas Category 1 Certification. \n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. \n
- Full UK Driving Licence. \n
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. \n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- Previous experience working within the Facilities Management sector. \n
- Experience working on commercial properties. \n
- Experience with split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and other commercial air conditioning systems. \n
- IPAF and/or PASMA qualifications. \n
- Manufacturer training with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, LG, Panasonic or similar. \n
- 18th Edition or other electrical qualifications would be advantageous. \n
