Salesforce Developer\n\n
Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days working from home after probation)
\nHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start times between 7:30am and 9:30am)
\nSalary: Up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
\nWe're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders to design, develop and enhance applications that deliver real business value.
The Role\n- \n
- Gather and analyse requirements from the product backlog and design specifications. \n
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly and maintainable Salesforce solutions. \n
- Design and develop both declarative and programmatic Salesforce solutions to a high standard. \n
- Produce clear technical documentation and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement and stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. \n

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer. \n
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer I is desirable). \n
- Strong experience configuring Salesforce, including Flows, Workflow Rules and Process Builder. \n
- Hands-on development experience using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader and other Salesforce declarative tools. \n
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. \n
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageous. \n
- A passion for continuous learning through Trailhead and Salesforce certifications. \n

- Salary up to £65,000, depending on experience. \n
