EUC Engineer – MacOS / Apple Devices / Cloud Technologies
\nBased onsite in Gloucester
\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive EUC Engineer to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience supporting MacOS environments, Apple devices, and modern workplace technologies, alongside a solid understanding of networking and cloud platforms.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Provide end-user support and administration for MacOS, Apple laptops, and mobile devices \n
- Configure, deploy, and manage Apple hardware across the business \n
- Support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions \n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues \n
- Assist with networking support including Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity \n
- Work with cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, or similar platforms \n
- Support device security, patching, compliance, and asset management \n
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on projects and improvements \n
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels \n
Skills & Experience Required
\n- \n
- Proven experience in an EUC / Desktop Support / Endpoint Engineering role \n
- Strong knowledge of MacOS and Apple ecosystem devices \n
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices in enterprise environments \n
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting \n
- Exposure to cloud technologies and SaaS platforms \n
- Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji is highly desirable \n
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and identity/access management solutions \n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills \n

- Apple certifications or relevant technical certifications \n
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments \n
- Scripting or automation knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or similar) \n
