Annual Review Caseworker - Greater London Local Authority

£280 Per day

3-6 month initial contract

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an experienced Annual Review Caseworker to work with our Local Authority client in Greater London. This role will be suitable for candidates who can manage a complex caseload of EHCPs and annual reviews in line with statutory requirements.

Essential Requirements:

\n
• Must have previous experience within Local Authority SEND
\n
• Strong knowledge of up to date SEND legislation including the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice 2015
\n
• Experience of managing a caseload and meeting statutory or service deadlines
\n

Duties include:

\n
• Manage complex caseloads of EHCP Annual reviews ensuring statutory timescales are met
\n
• Attend and contribute to annual review meetings proving positive outcomes for children and young people
\n
• Ensure all case records are accurate, up to date, and maintained in line with data protection requirements
