A primary school in Hackney is seeking an experienced Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with severe autism.

The pupil is non-verbal and requires full support throughout the school day, including transitions, learning activities, and social times. The role involves working both within the classroom and in a dedicated learning space.

We are looking for someone who:

\n - Has experience supporting children with Autism (ASD).
\n - Is patient, resilient, and proactive.
\n - Can support pupils with complex communication and behavioural needs.
\n - Works well as part of a team.
