We're Hiring: Electrical Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) &A1;🔧🏢🚨 📍 City of London 💷 Up to £45,000 + £3,140 Shift Allowance + Benefits 🕒 Continental Shift Pattern | Permanent We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician &A1; to join a leading UK Facilities Management company on a prestigious critical commercial site in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-profile environment, maintaining essential building services while benefiting from long-term career progression and ongoing training. 🔧 What you'll be doing: '14;️ Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems &A1; '14;️ Fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems and controls 🔍 '14;️ Maintaining HVAC, lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution, UPS systems, and associated plant equipment 🌬️💡 '14;️ Responding promptly to breakdowns and emergency call-outs 🚨 '14;️ Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety and compliance procedures 🦺 '14;️ Updating maintenance records and completing all required documentation accurately 💻 '14;️ Working closely with the engineering team and maintaining excellent client relationships 🤝 👷 What we're looking for: '14;️ City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent) &A1; '14;️ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 📚 '14;️ Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance 🏢 '14;️ Strong fault-finding and electrical maintenance skills 🔧 '14;️ Ability to work effectively within a continental shift team 🔄 '14;️ Excellent communication and client-facing skills 💬 ⭐ Desirable: '14;️ Experience in critical environments such as banking, data centres, or high-profile commercial buildings 🏦 '14;️ HV/LV knowledge or switching experience &A1; 🕒 Shift Pattern: 🌞 4 Days On, 6 Days Off 🌙 4 Nights On, 4 Days Off 🌞🌙 3 Days On, 3 Nights On, 4 Days Off Shift Times: 🕖 Days: 07:00 – 19:00 🌙 Nights: 19:00 – 07:00 ⏱️ Average 42 hours per week (1-hour unpaid break) 💼 What's on offer: 💷 Up to £45,000 basic salary 💰 £3,140 shift allowance ⏰ Overtime opportunities 🏦 Company pension 🌴 Holiday allowance 📚 Ongoing training and development 📈 Excellent career progression within a leading UK FM organisation 🚀 If you're a qualified Electrical Maintenance Technician &A1; looking to develop your career on a prestigious, critical London contract, this is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading Facilities Management business offering stability, training, and genuine progression
