Project Manager Location: Central London Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Package Project Manager Our client is an established main contractor delivering complex refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects throughout London. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to successful completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business recognised for delivering high-quality projects for repeat clients. Responsibilities Managing projects from start through to completion Leading site teams Managing programme and project delivery Coordinating subcontractors Liaising with clients and consultants Chairing progress meetings Managing project budgets Identifying and mitigating project risks Maintaining quality standards Ensuring health and safety compliance Producing progress reports Delivering projects on time and within budget Requirements Previous Project Manager experience with a UK main contractor Experience delivering refurbishment and new build projects Excellent client-facing skills Strong leadership abilities SMSTS First Aid CSCS Card Full UK driving licence Rewards & Benefits £75,000 - £90,000 basic salary Car allowance Performance bonus Pension scheme 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Private healthcare Career progression opportunities Ongoing training and development
