Registered Manager Nursing Home Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 including Performance Bonus Are you an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career? What you'll bring: * A passion for high-quality elderly care * Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude * The ability to inspire, support and develop a team * A commitment to continuous improvement and excellent standards * A sense of humour (because some days require one!) * Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Manager in a Nursing / Care Home * Hold an Valid NMC registration Whether you're already registered or looking to take that next step, we'll provide support with Registered Manager registration where needed. Working Hours * Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with a proper one-hour lunch break!) * One Saturday per month with time off in lieu * Flexibility to support the service and handle the occasional unexpected challenge that comes with care home life Why Join Us?
