Job Running Architectural Technician / Technologist Manchester Up to £45,000 DOE Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a confident and capable Job Running Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technician / Technologist to take ownership of projects, leading schemes from technical design through to delivery within a collaborative studio environment. Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architectural Technician / Technologist role: • Lead the technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors • Develop and coordinate detailed design information from planning through to construction • Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages using Revit • Take responsibility for day-to-day project running, managing programmes and deliverables • Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams • Prepare and submit building regulations and construction information • Attend site meetings and resolve technical and construction issues throughout delivery Key Requirements for this Job Running Architectural Technician / Technologist role: • Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline • Proven experience running projects across multiple RIBA stages within a UK architectural practice • Experience within Education and/or Healthcare sectors is desirable • Strong technical detailing, coordination, and delivery skills • Proficiency in Revit • Confident communicator with strong organisational and project management ability To express interest, please send your CV to Harley at , or contact him on 0
