Master Technician Franchised Motor Dealership (Multi Brand) - Keighley area £38,000 Basic | OTE £45,000+ | Part-Time Considered Are you an experienced Master Technician looking for your next opportunity with a successful multi-brand main dealer? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership looking to add a highly skilled Master Technician to their workshop. The Role As a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults across a variety of manufacturer brands. You'll play a key role in supporting the workshop team, mentoring colleagues and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs Supporting and mentoring other technicians where required Using the latest diagnostic equipment Completing work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Ensuring all manufacturer and health & safety procedures are followed What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Master Technician Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Experience working within a main dealer environment is highly desirable A full UK driving licence Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work A positive team player with a professional attitude Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm 30-minute lunch break 1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 8:30am - 12:30pm Part-time hours will also be considered Salary & Benefits Basic salary from £38,000, depending on experience OTE of £45,000+ Bonus scheme Ongoing manufacturer and technical training Modern workshop with excellent equipment Career progression within a successful dealer group Supportive and friendly working environment Company pension Employee discounts Why Apply?
