Food Production Operative - Chichester - Temp cover Pay: £12.74ph days and £13.95ph nights Day and night shifts available, 12-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday Wild Recruitment are looking for reliable, hands‑on Food Production Operatives to support a fast‑paced food production team during peak periods. Our client is a leading fresh‑produce manufacturer supplying major supermarkets across the UK. *There is a bus provided for workers based in Portsmouth who do not drive* What you will be doing Working on a production line preparing, assembling, and packing fresh food products Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards Operating basic machinery (full training provided) Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures What we are looking for Someone reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working in a chilled environment (fresh produce factory) Good attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team No previous experience required - full training providedPlease note Warm PPE will be provided by the client: wellies, fleece and gloves, however you will need to dress warmly underneath Apply for this role now to be part of a fast-paced, friendly team!
