Telecoms Installation Engineer (Pre-Staging / Build)Warehouse Based Role - Coventry, Ideally Located: Bedworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Birmingham, Rugby, Royal Leamington Spa£190 per day (Outside IR35 / Ltd Company) + Monday - Friday (8:00 - 16:00)Long Term Contract Opportunity (3 Year + potential to extend)Excellent opportunity for a Pre-Staging / Build Engineer looking for a long-term contract opportunity with a rapidly expanding company working on major telecommunications infrastructure projects.Are you experienced in building, configuring or preparing telecommunications equipment? Are you looking for an ongoing contract role working within a specialist engineering environment?This company specialises in telecommunications infrastructure and delivers large-scale projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and recently secured contracts, they are looking to add a Pre-Staging / Build Engineer to their team based from their Coventry warehouse.In this role you will be responsible for the preparation, assembly and configuration of telecommunications transmission equipment before it is deployed to customer sites. You will be working within a warehouse environment, completing pre-staging activities, quality checks, labelling and documentation to ensure equipment is ready for installation.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with telecoms installation experience, or an engineer who has worked with racks, cabinets and network hardware, looking for a stable long-term contract opportunity.The Role:

• Building, assembling and pre-staging telecommunications network equipment
\n
• Racking, stacking and configuring telecoms hardware within racks and cabinets
\n
• Completing quality checks, labelling and technical documentation ahead of site deployment
\n
• Supporting commissioning activities and preparing equipment for delivery to customer sites
\n

The Person:

\n
• Experience working within a telecommunications installation or engineering environment
\n
• Experience with telecoms racks, cabinets, network equipment or transmission systems
\n
• Good attention to detail with the ability to follow technical build documentation
\n
• SDH / DWDM experience desirable but not essential
\n
