Litigation Solicitor (2–5 Years' PQE) – Consultant or Employed – Fully Remote Location: Remote (UK) Position: Consultant or Employed Salary: Competitive Salary / Attractive Fee Share (Dependent on Experience) Are you a Litigation Solicitor with between 2 and 5 years' PQE looking for a role that offers genuine flexibility, high-quality work and excellent career prospects? Our client, a progressive and expanding UK law firm, is seeking an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. Working alongside experienced litigators, you'll advise a diverse client base across a broad range of contentious matters, providing commercially focused legal solutions and exceptional client service. The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigation matters, including: Commercial disputes Contractual disputes Debt recovery Property litigation Civil litigation Shareholder and partnership disputes Professional negligence claims Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and settlement negotiations You will have the autonomy to run your files from instruction through to resolution while benefiting from the support of an experienced legal team and modern case management systems. About You Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors who possess: Ideally 2–5 years' post-qualification experience in Litigation Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision Excellent advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Outstanding communication and client relationship skills A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach Experience in business development or networking would be beneficial, although it is by no means essential.
