Assistant Building Surveyor

We’re working with an award-winning building consultancy in Bristol who are looking to add an Assistant Building Surveyor to their team. This role would suit someone with at least 1 year’s consultancy experience who is looking to build further exposure across both project and professional work, alongside APC support. The business works across commercial, residential and public sector schemes, delivering a mix of core building surveying services. What you’ll be doing Assisting with building surveys and inspections Supporting with contract administration duties Preparing schedules of condition and specifications Assisting with dilapidations and general professional work Site visits and supporting senior surveyors on live projects Working towards APC with structured support from the team Who we’re looking for Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar Minimum 1 year experience in a consultancy environment Some exposure to core building surveying duties Working towards APC or keen to start progressing Good communication and written skills Able to work as part of a team and take instruction What’s on offer Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 APC support and structured development Professional fees paid Pension scheme Holiday and sick pay Exposure across a broad range of work Supportive team environment Apply now or contact Max Condie on (phone number removed)
