Paint Sprayer

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer on behalf of a reputable accident repair specialist near Wigan. Benefits: Competitive basic salary plus comprehensive benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Ongoing training and development programmes Pension scheme and death in service insurance Perkbox employee discounts and rewards MediCash free healthcare scheme Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Free on-site parking Uniform providedDuties of a Paint Sprayer: Prepare vehicle panels for paint application by masking areas to prevent overspray Operate spray booths with correct pressure and temperature settings Carry out spray painting to high standards, following manufacturer and insurance guidelines Maintain and clean spray guns and equipment regularly Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE Assist with the maintenance of spray booth functionality and report malfunctions Protect vehicles from further damage during repair and ensure accurate reassembly of parts Support health and safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards Attend relevant training courses to stay updated on industry standards and safety protocols Adapt to additional duties or work at different sites as requiredRequirements of a Paint Sprayer: Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an automotive environment Valid driving licence Knowledge of vehicle repair and paint application standards, including BS 10125 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Ability to follow health and safety guidelines preciselyIf you are passionate about automotive painting and wish to join a forward-thinking organisation, we encourage you to apply.
