The Role As a Senior Air Conditioning Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis of a wide range of air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities '05; Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) '05; Reactive breakdown attendance and fault diagnosis '05; Service, repair, and maintenance of: * Split Systems * Multi-Split Systems * VRF / VRV Systems * Commercial Air Conditioning Equipment '05; Identify and resolve technical faults efficiently '05; Complete digital service reports and compliance documentation '05; Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support '05; Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance '05; Work independently while supporting a collaborative engineering team What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements '14; Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Service Engineer, HVAC Engineer, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer '14; Strong fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair experience '14; Experience working on both commercial and domestic HVAC systems '14; F-Gas / Refrigerant Handling Certification (C&G 2079 or equivalent) '14; NVQ Level 2 or above in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning '14; Full UK Driving Licence '14; Strong communication and customer-facing skills '14; Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively Desirable Skills ⭐ Experience using Daikin Service Checker software ⭐ Knowledge of refrigeration systems and cold-room equipment ⭐ IPAF, PASMA, or CSCS certification ⭐ Experience with leading manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Toshiba, LG, Samsung, and Panasonic systems ⭐ Strong understanding of HVAC compliance and industry best practice Salary & Benefits 💰 £46,000 – £48,000 Basic Salary 🚪 Door-to-Door Pay ⏰ Overtime Available 🚫 No Call-Out Rota ⭐ Google Review Bonus Scheme 🏖 30 Days Holiday Including Bank Holidays (increasing with service) 🏥 Private Healthcare 💷 Company Pension 🚐 Modern Company Van with Private Use &FD; Fuel Card 📱 Company Mobile Phone 🛠 Quality Tools & Equipment Provided 📚 Ongoing Manufacturer Training & Development 📈 Clear Career Progression Opportunities Why Join?
