Bristol (Hybrid) 💰 £15.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience) ⏳ 6-8 Week Temporary Assignment 🖥️ NetSuite Experience Essential An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join a specialist business operating within the renewable energy and environmental technology sector. This innovative organisation is experiencing a period of growth and requires temporary support to assist with a backlog of invoices and ensure supplier payments are processed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for a high volume of supplier invoices Processing and coding invoices accurately within NetSuite Matching purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes Investigating and resolving supplier queries and invoice discrepancies Monitoring supplier statements and reconciling accounts Preparing and processing weekly payment runs Supporting month-end activities, including accruals and reporting Assisting with process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal controls Liaising with procurement, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues promptly About You Previous experience in a Senior Accounts Payable or Accounts Payable Supervisor position Strong working knowledge of NetSuite is essential Comfortable managing large invoice volumes in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and hit the ground running Strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders Benefits Immediate start available Flexible hybrid working arrangements Opportunity to gain experience within a growing niche industry Collaborative and supportive finance team This role would suit an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is available immediately and looking for a short-term assignment where they can make an immediate impact.
