- Work as part of a team to ensure the children are looked after 24/7, creating a safe, loving, nurturing home. \n
- Complete household tasks to ensure the home remains clean and tidy. \n
- Get to know the kids – what they like, what they need, and how to support them \n
- Provide calm, reassuring care \n
- Plan and prepare homecooked meals. \n
- Organise activities and events around hobbies, interests to capture imagination and engagement. \n
- Follow and update care plans, handover sheets and other relevant documentation \n
- Follow our therapeutic model to help them stay calm and feel safe during dysregulated moments \n
- Support school attendance and engagement. \n
- Be a team player creating a great working environment within the home \n
- Be a key support for the Home Manager to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding \n
- Prioritise your continual development and be open to learning new things \n

- A driver – A full UK licence is essential to use our home’s car for school runs and activities \n
- Safe to work with children – An enhanced DBS with child barred list check is required – if you don’t have one, we will request a new one for you and get your registered on the DBS Update Service. \n
