Finance Analyst - FMCG

HW Finance are working with a FMCG business in York to recruit a Finance Analyst.

This is a true business partnering role, where you'll work closely with the Financial Controller, supporting Supply Chain to push financial performance across the business.

From deep-dive data analysis to KPI tracking and sharp financial insights, you'll be right at the heart of decisions that drive cost efficiency, productivity and operational performance.

Responsibilities will include:

• Month-End Close & Operational P&L Support

• Financial Analysis & Reporting
\n
• KPI & Performance Management
\n
• Budgeting & Forecasting Support
\n
• Business Partnering & Decision Support
\n
• Tools, Data & Process Improvement (PowerBI experience would be advantageous)
\n

For this role, we are looking to speak with part qualified (ACCA/CIMA) candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment.

You'll be data driven, with advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail, but also a commercial mindset - able to spot risks and opportunities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

The role is hybrid, with 1-2 days a week in the office.
