Location: Chesterfield, S42
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Hours: 7:00pm 7:00am
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in Chesterfield (S42). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.

The Role

Working within a warehouse handling ambient, chilled, and frozen products, your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading lorries using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
\n
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
\n
• Stock replenishment and put-away duties
\n
• Using pallet pump trucks and other warehouse equipment
\n
• Assisting with general warehouse and manual handling tasks
\n
• Working across ambient, cold store, and freezer environments
\n
• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
\n

Requirements

\n
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)
\n
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience
\n
• Comfortable working in cold, chilled, and freezer environments
\n
• Willingness to undertake manual warehouse duties alongside FLT work
\n
• Reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach to work
\n
