DesignManagement

• Managethetechnicaldesignprocessformultipleresidentialdevelopments.

• Coordinatearchitects,engineers,surveyors,landscapearchitects,andspecialistconsultants.
\n
• Reviewandapprovetechnicaldrawingsandspecifications.
\n
• Ensuredesignsarepractical,cost-effective,andbuildable.
\n
• Monitordesignprogrammestoensurekeyprojectmilestonesareachieved.
\n

PlanningandApprovals Technical Manager

\n
• Manageplanningconditionsanddischargerequirements.
\n
• ObtainstatutoryapprovalsincludingBuildingRegulations,highways,drainage,utilities,andenvironmentalconsents.
\n
• Liaisewithlocalauthorities,utilityproviders,andstatutorybodies.
\n
• Ensuredevelopmentscomplywithcurrentlegislationandplanningobligations.
\n

ProjectDelivery

\n
• Supportthepre-constructionandconstructionteamswithtechnicaladvice.
\n
• Attendprojectanddesignteammeetings.
\n
• Resolvetechnicalqueriesraisedduringconstruction.
\n
• Managedesignchangeswhileminimisingprogrammeandcostimpacts.
\n
• Coordinatethereleaseofconstructioninformationinlinewithbuildprogrammes.
\n

RiskManagement

• Identifyandmanagetechnicalrisksthroughoutthedevelopmentlifecycle.
\n
• EnsurecompliancewithcurrentBuildingRegulations,theBuildingSafetyAct,NHBCrequirements,andhealthandsafetylegislation.

• Monitorconsultantperformanceandtechnicalqualitystandards.
\n

BudgetManagement

• Controlconsultantappointmentsandfees.
\n
• Monitortechnicalbudgets.
\n
• Identifyopportunitiesforvalueengineeringwithoutcompromisingqualityorcompliance.

StakeholderManagement

• DevelopstrongworkingrelationshipswithinternaldepartmentsincludingLand,Commercial,Construction,Sales,CustomerCare,andPlanning.

• Manageexternalconsultantsandspecialistcontractors.

• Representthecompanyatmeetingswithlocalauthoritiesandstatutorybodies.
