Salary: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary
Start Date: 3 August 2026
Working Hours

- 40 hours per week \n
- Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm (8-hour shifts) \n
- Saturdays, 8:00am1:00pm on a rotational basis \n
- Office-based role (no hybrid or remote working) \n

\nAs a Patient Care Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their diagnostic journey. From booking appointments to answering queries and processing results, you'll help ensure every patient receives a professional, efficient, and compassionate experience.
\nThe Role
\nAs part of the Diagnostics team, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate patient records \n
- Answering patient enquiries by telephone in a professional and empathetic manner \n
- Booking and managing appointments for diagnostic services \n
- Processing imaging results and updating internal systems \n
- Supporting image processing and document uploads \n
- Managing patient calls and resolving queries efficiently \n
- Ensuring all patient information is handled accurately, securely, and confidentially \n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient and high-quality service \n

Previous experience in a contact centre, healthcare, administration, or customer service role would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. We welcome applicants with transferable skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
