Counterbalance Driver Northampton | £13.50 per hour | Mon-Fri Day Shift We're recruiting multiple Counterbalance Drivers to join a well-established logistics business in Northampton. What you'll be doing: Loading and unloading deliveries safely Booking in finished goods using scanners Transporting products, stock, and packaging around the warehouse Assisting with repacking, packaging supply, and stock movements Scanning out finished goods during loading Completing daily FLT checks, stock counts, dock audits, and 5S checks Maintaining high housekeeping standards across warehouse and yard Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing required PPEWhat we're looking for: Valid FLT licence (in date or in-house training provided) Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Flexible, positive, and reliable work attitudeWhat's in it for you: Competitive pay rate of £13.50 per hour Monday-Friday shift pattern Stable, long-term opportunityPlease apply with an up-to-date CV.
