Junior Sales Engineer

This role would suit a college leaver who has an interest in machinery, engineering or anything mechanical and who is looking to start a career in this industry as a Junior Sales Engineer. By learning in a junior role and building up your knowledge, you would progress to becoming a Technical Sales Engineer. What you'll be doing: * Assist with management of incoming enquiries * Providing technical guidance during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and preparing detailed tenders or quotations. * Engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions. * Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. * Researching competitor activity, monitoring industry trends, and reporting sales performance to management. * Working with sales teams, marketing, and new products departments to provide feedback to enable product improvement and maximise sales opportunities Requirements: * Good Grades in Maths & English * Be confident and abel to communicate with people at all levels * Have an interest in engineering and ideally have studied a relevant subject or undertaken an apprenticeship Premier Placement Services are acting as an employment agency for this vacancy
