Mould Maker

Mould Maker £15 to £16 per hour depending on experience - weekly pay We are currently recruiting for a Mould Maker on behalf of our prestigious client based in Stone, Staffordshire. This is an immediate start offering ongoing work, with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right candidate. Duties will include mould preparation, bagging, and pressing of moulds to meet production requirements. There are also excellent opportunities for progression into other areas of the business, including CNC operation, machine operation, and quality inspection, allowing candidates to develop a broader range of manufacturing skills. Hours of work for the Mould Maker vacancy 7am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm Friday Duties of a Mould Maker Heavy work - making moulds / castings for the automotive, aviation and airline industries Using sand / ramming and pressing to make the required shapes - physical work Weighing and following instructions following guidelines to make sure that you have the correct mix to make the mould Machine operating and using an overhead crane Some CNC operating - training will be provided Manual work - lifting involved Attention to detail Experience Required as a Mould Maker Factory, manufacturing or engineering work experience preferred within automotive / aviation / marine industries an advantage CNC /Machine operating and assembly experience Worked with large engineered parts previously an advantage Quality inspection work Able to follow instructions - measurements and use scales to weigh powders Work as part of a team Worked in manufacturing and production industry Detail of the role Genuine opportunity for permanent employment Based in Stone, Staffordshire Days Monday to Thursday 7am to 4.00pm and 7am to 1pm Friday £15 to £16 per hour - Depending on experience - weekly pay Genuine opportunity for growth and development Previous Manufacturing and Production experience an advantage Please click apply if this role is suitable to you The Job People is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
