Contracts Manager Exeter Permanent | Full-Time Up to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering property maintenance, refurbishment and retrofit services across the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities * Manage social housing maintenance and refurbishment contracts from inception to completion * Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs and budgets * Support procurement activities, including tender evaluation and contract awards * Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality and progress * Manage contract variations, claims and commercial issues * Build strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors and internal stakeholders * Produce regular progress, financial and performance reports Essential criteria: * Previous experience managing maintenance, refurbishment or property services contracts * Strong knowledge of social housing, construction or property maintenance * Experience managing budgets, programmes and contractor performance * Good understanding of health & safety legislation and CDM Regulations * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What's on Offer? * Salary up to £50,000 * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Life Assurance * Enhanced family leave * Salary sacrifice schemes, including holiday purchase and EV scheme To register your interest please follow the steps below to apply or give Cat or Abbie a call on (phone number removed).
