Location: Cardiff 💷 Pay Rate: £16.36 per hour | £24.54 per hour after 40 hours worked* 🕘 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 🕘 Start Time: 09:00 📄 Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Assignment About the Role Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join a busy transport and logistics operation based in Cardiff. This is an ongoing opportunity offering regular weekday work, carrying out delivery and collection duties. You'll be responsible for ensuring goods are transported safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining high standards of customer service. The available information indicates Monday to Friday shifts with a 9:00am start and ongoing delivery and collection work. Key Responsibilities Carry out daily delivery and collection routes. Complete vehicle safety checks before and after each shift. Ensure all delivery paperwork and records are completed accurately. Adhere to driver hours regulations and transport legislation. Provide a professional and courteous service to customers. Follow all company health and safety procedures. Requirements Valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) Licence. Valid Driver CPC qualification. Digital Tachograph Card. Minimum 1 year's Class 1 driving experience. Good knowledge of driver hours regulations. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
