Commercial Contracts Manager Required – Hertfordshire Office – Industrial Refurbishments – Up to £90K + Car Allowance + Package The Company My client is an award-winning UK fit-out and refurbishment contractor with over 45 years of industry experience. The company has grown from delivering simple office fit-outs to managing and completing large-scale refurbishment projects across commercial, industrial and specialist sectors. * The business is privately owned, headquartered in Hertfordshire * Strong retention — many with more than 10 years of service. What They Do * Industrial & logistics refurbishments * Office fit-outs and workspace transformation * Student accommodation & higher education projects The Role Due to their new record Turnover they are looking to appoint as a critical hire a Commercial Contracts Manager to operate across commercial and production capacity. This will be typically 3 projects at any one time from £1M - £8M in value. This position is split between Office, site and home, offering flexibility and genuine work life balance. You will be reporting into the Associate Directors.
