Your responsibilities will include: ·Carrying out panel repairs and replacing damaged vehicle panels where required. ·Preparing vehicles and completing high-quality paint refinishing work. ·Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components. ·Repairing accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications. ·Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards before completion. ·Working efficiently to achieve productivity and repair targets. ·Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a smooth workshop operation. ·Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. About You We're looking for an experienced Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, Panel Beater, Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician, Paint Refinisher, Non-MET Strip Fitter or Vehicle Body Repair Technician who enjoys working across multiple disciplines. You'll ideally have: ·Proven experience within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop. ·Recognised qualification (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds or equivalent) ·Strong skills in panel repair, paint spraying and strip & fit work. ·The ability to complete repairs to a consistently high standard. ·Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship. ·The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. ·Good organisational and time management skills. ·A full UK driving licence.
