Senior Management Accountant

Currently recruiting for a high-performing business in Northampton who are looking to hire a Senior Management Accountant to provide sharp financial insight, strengthen governance and influence decision-making across multiple business areas. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll act as a senior finance business partner in a small, collaborative team. Key duties Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, variance analysis and forward-looking risk/opportunity insight Lead budgets, quarterly forecasts and multi-year planning (including scenario modelling) Deliver monthly management accounts within tight deadlines Present clear analysis and recommendations to senior leaders/Directors Maintain balance sheet ownership, reconciliations and controls Support audits and manage capex governance/ROI tracking Drive continuous improvement across reporting and finance processes Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent Strong business partnering + commercial mindset Advanced analysis/modelling skills (SAP desirable) Confident communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced environment To discuss this role in more detail please contact Mark Wishart or Kathryn Van Wyk on (phone number removed)
