Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A respected construction consultancy in London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with healthcare and education experience to lead a diverse portfolio of projects while progressing their career within a collaborative consultancy environment. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of projects across healthcare, education, and a variety of other sectors, managing clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders from inception through to completion. This Senior Project Manager role would suit a confident Senior Project Manager who enjoys leading complex projects, building long-term client relationships, and mentoring junior colleagues. The successful Senior Project Manager will join a business with a strong pipeline of public and private sector work, offering genuine responsibility and long-term career progression. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role. The Senior Project Manager's role The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of healthcare, education, commercial, and public sector projects across London and the surrounding areas. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement, contract administration, project reporting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and overall project delivery through every stage of the project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will chair project meetings, oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, monitor project performance, and ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will also mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to the continued success of the wider project management team.
