Site Manager - Heat Pump Installation Project (London) Site Manager - M&E / Heat Pump Project 📍 Location: London 📅 Start Date: July 2026 ⏳ Duration: 6-Month Contract 💼 Contract Type: Freelance / Contract RGsetsquaee is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major Heat Pump Installation Project within a live hospital environment in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong M&E background who can safely manage site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery whilst working in a complex, operational healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day site activities and site teams Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards Liaise with clients, consultants, and hospital representatives Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefings Manage project documentation and reporting Minimise disruption within the live hospital environment Monitor and manage project risks and site logistics Essential Requirements '05; Must live within a commutable distance of London and be available for daily site attendance '05; Proven experience managing M&E projects, ideally HVAC, Building Services, or Heat Pump installations '05; Current: SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work'05; Strong understanding of Health & Safety management and contractor coordination '05; Experience working in live or occupied environments Desirable Requirements Previous NHS or healthcare project experience Mechanical or Building Services background Heat Pump installation experience Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor accreditation Hot Works certification or experience managing hot works permits Experience overseeing stainless steel pipework installation and welding activities What We're Looking For We require a proactive Site Manager who can confidently manage programme, safety, subcontractors, and client relationships whilst ensuring compliance within a live hospital setting.
