Recruitment Advert: Deep Excavation – 2‑Man Team (Thames Water / Utilities) We are seeking an experienced Deep Excavation Team to join our growing utilities division delivering essential works across the Thames Water network. This is a long‑term opportunity for a reliable 2‑person crew with a proven track record in safe, compliant deep excavations and utility installations. Key Responsibilities * Deep Excavation Works — safe digging to required depths, shoring, trench support, and reinstatement * Utility Installation — water mains, services, ducting, chambers, and associated infrastructure * Thames Water Standards — delivering work to TW specifications and quality expectations * Site Safety Compliance — RAMS adherence, safe digging practices, and daily briefings Required Experience & Certifications * Proven experience as a deep excavation team within utilities * EUSR Water Hygiene * Thames Water Passport (or willingness to obtain) * NRSWA (Street Works) * CPCS/NPORS for plant operation (360, dumper, roller) * Confident working around live utilities and confined spaces What We Offer * Competitive day rates * Ongoing work across the Thames Water region * Supportive management and clear work schedules * Opportunity for long‑term partnership If you are a reliable, safety‑driven 2‑man deep excavation team, we want to hear from you.
