Cleaner/Caretaker

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Business on behalf of our client with regards this ongoing temporary role. Pay rate: £12.71p/h PICK UP AVAILABLE FROM SHEFFIELD OR ROTHERHAM. Travel time of 1 hour paid each way from Sheffield. Must have a recent DBS check Hours of work onsite 2pm – 10pm in Bradford.10 hours paid a day. Our client is a facilities management company based in Sheffield and they’re looking for a Cleaner/Caretaker to work as part of a 2 person team for a school in Bradford. As it's working in a school you will need to have had a recent DBS check. The other cleaner currently doesn’t drive so we need all applicants to be able to drive and be comfortable driving a van. Duties and responsibilities will include: Cleaning the school, classrooms, toilets etc... Moving furniture, basic decorating jobs. Any other reasonable duties requested by the school: Closing windows/locking up etc... Due to the nature of the work our client is looking for a proof of a recent DBS check and they are likely to want to carry out a fresh one for themselves. Polite and professional communications skills essential. Previously cleaning/painting experience preferred. Our client also has other work that maybe offered during the summer holidays
