Landscaping Foreman / Landscaping Lead Natural Swimming Ponds & Luxury Landscapes Locations: Guildford | Sevenoaks | St Albans | High Wycombe | Hemel Hempstead Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 DOE Start Date: ASAP Lead Outstanding Outdoor Projects An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Landscaping Foreman or Landscaping Lead to join a specialist team delivering high-end natural swimming ponds, natural pools, and luxury landscaping projects across the Home Counties. The Role You'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to exceptional standards. Responsibilities * Lead and manage landscaping teams on site * Deliver projects on time and to high quality standards * Read and interpret technical drawings * Operate and oversee landscaping plant and machinery * Monitor labour, materials, and site progress * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers * Maintain a safe, organised, and professional site environment * Proactively solve issues and keep projects moving What We're Looking For * 5+ years’ experience in hard and soft landscaping * Previous experience leading teams on site * Strong knowledge of landscaping methods and machinery * Excellent communication and organisational skills * A proactive, hands-on approach * Full UK Driving Licence Experience with natural swimming ponds, water features, or high-end landscaping projects is highly desirable.
