They are looking for a team player who can assist with mentoring and coordinating across teams and clients. They are looking for an individual who has worked across: New builds Renovations Commercial Responsibilities Work a wide range of RIBA stages Develop and create practical design solutions that meet clients’ requirements Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction drawing packages Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities Attend client meetings, site visits, and project reviews Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture Requirements Qualified Architect with Part 3 accreditation and ARB registration Experience working within UK architectural practice Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD among other software packages Ability to manage deadlines Benefits Competitive salary (Depending on Experience) Great progression paths 28 days annual leave + bank holidays Company pension
