Quantity Surveyor – Design & Build Location: Luton Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 + Benefits A growing Design & Build contractor based in Luton is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of projects from tender stage through to final account. The Role * Manage the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects. * Prepare valuations, variations, cost reports and final accounts. * Procure subcontractors and negotiate packages. * Monitor project budgets and forecast costs. * Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. * Support successful commercial delivery across all projects. Requirements * Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a Design & Build contractor. * Strong knowledge of JCT contracts. * Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects. * Degree qualified or equivalent preferred.
