Fire Stopper

A leading and well-established Passive Fire Protection contractor with a strong presence across London and the South East is looking for an experienced Firestopper to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Working across a diverse range of projects within sectors including residential, commercial. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality passive fire protection works, ensuring installations meet the required standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out firestopping installations across a variety of projects * Install and maintain passive fire protection systems, including penetration seals, fire barriers, and associated works * Ensure works are completed to specification, quality standards, and relevant regulations * Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and installation details * Work collaboratively with site teams and project managers * Maintain a strong focus on quality, compliance, and safety Requirements: * Proven experience working as a Firestopper / Passive Fire Protection Installer * Good knowledge of passive fire protection systems and installation methods * Experience working across commercial and/or residential projects * Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Relevant industry qualifications/training would be advantageous Package & Benefits: * Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 depending on experience * Company vehicle * Fuel card * Pension contributions * Annual leave entitlement * Stable, permanent employment with an established contractor * Career progression opportunities * Regular opportunities for development, promotion, and salary reviews This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just another job — it’s an opportunity to join a reputable contractor where you can build a long-term career, develop your skills, and progress through the business
