Halifax 💷 £40,000 - £45,000 DOE 🕒 Monday - Friday | Days We're recruiting for an experienced Operations, Compliance & HSEQ Manager to join a growing engineering business in Halifax. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Health & Safety, Compliance and Operational Management who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and ensuring the business operates to the highest standards. The Role of the Compliance Manager: * Manage all Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality systems across the business * Produce and maintain RAMS, site packs, COSHH records and compliance documentation * Investigate incidents, accidents and implement corrective actions * Oversee company accreditations * Carry out site audits and ensure compliance across engineering teams * Monitor daily operations, engineer deployment and job progress The Ideal Compliance Manager: '14; Previous HSEQ / Compliance Management experience '14; Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation '14; Experience managing audits, accreditations and compliance systems '14; Confident working with operational teams and senior management What's on Offer to the Compliance Manager: '05; £40,000 - £45,000 salary (DOE) '05; Monday to Friday days '05; Stable, long-term opportunity '05; Key leadership role within a growing business '05; Opportunity to make a real impact on business performance 📩 Interested?
