Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in young children's lives? We are currently seeking a Level 3SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding Nursery School in the vibrant community of Brockley. The nursery is an integral part of the school's success, and as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be joining a team dedicated to providing high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working one to one with a dedicated child who would benefit from the use of Makaton
\n
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
\n
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
\n
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education.
\n
• Build strong relationships with children and their families.
\n

Ideal Qualifications/Attributes:

\n
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
\n
• Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse/SEN TA in a nursery or early years setting.
\n
• Experience or knowledge of Makaton.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• A genuine passion for working with young children and promoting their well-being and development.
\n
