Part 1 Architectural Assistant Shipley Up to £30,000 A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join their Shipley team. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors, offering the opportunity to gain experience on schemes from concept through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to develop their experience within a collaborative and supportive environment, working alongside experienced architects and designers on a wide variety of projects. Key Responsibilities for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role: • Support the delivery of hospitality, residential, and commercial projects across various RIBA stages • Assist with the production of design drawings, technical information, and presentation materials • Prepare planning drawings and project documentation using AutoCAD • Work closely with architects, consultants, and wider project teams to develop coordinated design solutions • Assist with planning applications, design development, and technical detailing • Attend site visits, design meetings, and client meetings where required Requirements for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role: • Completed RIBA Part 1 qualification • A keen interest in hospitality, residential, and commercial architecture • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential • Strong design, presentation, and technical drawing skills • Good understanding of the RIBA stages and architectural design process • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop a successful career in architecture Please apply below, or contact Harley on or for more information
